01

Understanding your industry

In a manufacturing company, day-to-day life is not measured only in sales or customers, but in production orders, available materials, machines in operation, and deadlines that must be met. When information is not well connected between the plant, warehouse and office, errors multiply and control is easily lost. We help industrial and manufacturing companies organize their daily operations, connect production, inventory and business management, and make decisions with real data, not estimates.

02

When production grows, management becomes more complicated

Many companies start managing manufacturing with spreadsheets, isolated systems or solutions that are not designed for the industrial environment. At first it may work, but as production increases, problems appear.

It's not always clear what orders are in progress, what materials are missing, or what machines are running late. The inventory does not reflect what is actually in the plant, production times do not coincide with what was planned and a small incident can cause delays throughout the chain. All of this creates tension in the teams and makes it difficult to meet deadlines and margins.

03

A platform that connects factory, warehouse and office

To solve this situation, we work with Odoo, a management platform that we specifically adapt to the manufacturing environment. It is not about implementing a generic system, but about configuring a tool that reflects how your production really works.

To cover the real needs of an industrial company, Odoo has different modules that can be combined and adapted according to the type of manufacturing, the size of the plant and the complexity of the processes. Not all companies need the same thing, so the key is to use only what is necessary and do it well.

One of the modules that would meet the needs would be the Manufacturing module (MRP), which is the core of the system. It allows you to manage production orders, lists of materials and manufacturing phases, offering a clear view of what is being produced, the status of each order and what resources are involved in the process.

The Purchasing module helps plan supplies according to actual production demand, automating orders from suppliers and ensuring that materials are available when they are needed, without depending on manual calculations.

04

Costs, traceability and maintenance without improvisations

Knowing how much it costs to manufacture each product is key to profitability. By recording materials, work hours and machinery use, you get a clear view of the true cost of each batch or unit.

Traceability allows you to follow the journey of each product from raw materials to delivery, something especially important in regulated sectors or with demanding quality controls. In addition, machinery maintenance can be planned, avoiding unforeseen stops that directly affect production.

05

We accompany industrial transformation

Our job is not just about implementing a tool. We accompany manufacturing companies in the adaptation of their processes, helping to improve internal organization and take advantage of the information they already generate in their daily lives. The objective is clear: more control, fewer unforeseen events and industrial management prepared to grow without losing efficiency.
